Asphalt Play Area Upgrades – EOI – Holy Family Primary School, Merewether Beach

The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Asphalt Play Area Upgrades Project at Holy Family Primary School, Merewether Beach, on the terms and conditions set out in the EOI. By participating in the EOI process and submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.

About

The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is a community of Christ's faithful, representing a portion of the people of God in a particular area entrusted to a Bishop. The CDMN is committed to a vision in which current and future Catholic school needs are energetically met.

Scope

The basis for this EOI is the construction of the Asphalt Play Area Upgrades Project at Holy Family Primary School, Merewether Beach. The scope includes:

• Milling of the existing asphalt surface and disposal of contaminated material
• Base course improvements
• New asphalt surface
• New sports courts
• General integration works

Instructions to Tenderers

• Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum
• All submissions must be collated into a single (1) PDF file
• Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
• Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion
• The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
