Overview
The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools (DLCS) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors to be considered for inclusion on the tender panel for the delivery of a new Primary School Facility at 1 College Drive, Thrumster NSW 2444.
It is anticipated that tenders will be called late-August 2026.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of five new single-storey buildings for the Primary School Facility
- Construction of administration and staff facilities
- Construction of a library and learning hub
- Construction of a multipurpose hall
- Construction of kindergarten classrooms
- Construction of dedicated teaching and learning spaces for students from Kindergarten to Year 6
- Incorporation of contemporary learning environments, including modern teaching areas, breakout spaces, makerspaces, and student and staff amenities
