The Shire of East Pilbara is inviting proposals from parties interested in leasing and developing an area of land at Reserve 44387, Newman, Western Australia.

About

This is a separate area of land to that offered for lease under EOI 01-2026/27.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Lease of a 14.95 ha area of land on the south-east edge of Newman, at the end of Gun Club Road, which currently houses the buildings and facilities of the Clay Shooters Club
• Development of the land by the successful proponent

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Development of the land is to be undertaken at the successful proponent's cost
• Existing developments on the land include a shed, kiosk facilities and towers
• Any additional development required by the successful proponent, beyond the existing developments, will be at their own cost
