Overview
Hilltops Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake storm damage rectification and reinstatement works at the Southwest Slopes Zone Fire Control Centre.
About
On 25 February 2025, the Southwest Slopes Zone Fire Control Centre at 4559 Burley Griffin Way, Cunningar sustained significant hailstorm damage. The event resulted in damage to external cladding, water storage infrastructure, communications infrastructure, internal finishes, building services and associated assets.
Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the storm damage rectification and reinstatement works and restore the facility to a safe, compliant and fully operational condition.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Rectification of damaged external cladding
- Rectification of damaged water storage infrastructure
- Rectification of damaged communications infrastructure
- Rectification of damaged internal finishes
- Rectification of damaged building services
- Rectification of damaged associated assets
