Provision of City Cleaning Services (Separable Portions)

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder invites tender submissions from experienced and qualified organisations or individuals for the provision of cleaning services for various City sites, offered as Separable Portions.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of cleaning services to public buildings and facilities located in the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, as detailed in the Specification
• Delivery of cleaning services on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly frequency, and at other times as detailed in Part 2, Specification
• Buffing, cleaning, deodorising, dry cleaning, dusting, mopping, polishing, sanitising, scrubbing, spot cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming
• Repositioning of table and chair furniture
• Supplying and replenishing toilet consumables
• Collecting, removing and disposing of litter and rubbish
• Opening and closing of toilet amenities at specified times

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract period of one (1) year, plus two (2) years optional extension in 12-month increments, subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the City

Instructions to Tenderers

• This public invitation to tender incorporates the Local Buy Tender Campaign, which encourages participation from local suppliers and subcontractors
• Tenderers may bid on individual Separable Portions, multiple Separable Portions, or all Separable Portions
