Building for Removal by Tender

Barcaldine Regional Council invites tenders for the purchase and removal of a property located at 44 Gordon Street, Aramac Queensland 4726, described as the Aramac Tennis Court Storage Building.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Purchase of the Aramac Tennis Court Storage Building at 44 Gordon Street, Aramac Queensland 4726
• Removal of the building from the site

Contractor Requirements

• The successful tenderer must have the building removed from site no later than 30 November 2026
• The site must be left in a clean and tidy state, free from debris

Instructions to Tenderers

• Inspections of the property are welcome, and times must be arranged with the Aramac Office
• Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender - 44 Gordon Street, Aramac”
• The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted
• Late tenders will not be accepted
• Tenders may be submitted into the “Tenders Box” found at the Aramac Administration Office, or by mail addressed to: The Chief Executive Officer - CONFIDENTIAL TENDER, Barcaldine Regional Council, PO Box 191, BARCALDINE QLD 4725
