Overview
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW) is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partner to provide confidential, professional counselling and support services to employees and their immediate families.
Purpose
The ODPP is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that supports the psychological health, safety, and wellbeing of its workforce. The procurement aims to ensure the ODPP continues to provide a high-quality, responsive, and proactive Employee Assistance Program that supports employee wellbeing, contributes to the prevention of psychological injury, and assists the organisation in meeting its work health and safety obligations.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of confidential, professional counselling and support services to employees and their immediate families
- Provision of confidential, accessible, and evidence-based support services to assist employees and their families to manage personal and workplace challenges
- Support for employees to strengthen resilience and access appropriate interventions when required
- Delivery of support using a flexible, person-centred approach addressing both personal and work-related concerns
- Incorporation of contemporary wellbeing practices and early intervention support
- Critical incident response capability
- Manager assistance services
- Organisational reporting to assist the ODPP in monitoring emerging wellbeing trends and psychosocial risks
