Pinjarra Racing Club Inc. is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced lead architectural consultant to provide Architectural, Planning and Design Consultancy Services for the Pinjarra Park Redevelopment Project.

About

The Pinjarra Park Redevelopment Project comprises the redevelopment of the Industry, Jockey and Club Administration Building and the Viewing Pavilion at Pinjarra Park, Racecourse Road, Pinjarra.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Planning and design services for the redevelopment of Pinjarra Park
• Multidisciplinary consultant coordination
• Statutory approvals
• Detailed design
• Procurement support
• Construction phase services
• Completion of design and documentation for Separable Portion 1 (Industry, Jockey and Club Administration Building) and Separable Portion 2 (Viewing Pavilion)
• Attendance at project meetings, site inspections and stakeholder workshops throughout the project

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced lead architectural consultant

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The Project comprises two separable portions: Separable Portion 1 (Industry, Jockey and Club Administration Building) and Separable Portion 2 (Viewing Pavilion)
• The Principal retains the option to proceed with either Separable Portion 1 only or both portions concurrently, depending on available funding
• Anticipated commencement is October 2026, following completion of the procurement process
• The consultancy programme is to support construction commencing after the major race meetings in March 2027
• Project completion is targeted before December 2028

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduled site inspections. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

• Date: Wednesday, 2 September 2026, 1:00 pm WST (RSVP by 4:00 pm WST, Tuesday, 1 September 2026)
• Location: Pinjarra Park, Racecourse Road, Pinjarra, Western Australia

Attendance can be confirmed by email to michael@pinjarrapark.com.au. Responses provided during the site inspection are not binding unless subsequently confirmed through VendorPanel or by formal addendum.
