Overview
Shoalhaven City Council is inviting tenders for the carrying out of construction works relating to the Bamarang Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
Scope
This tender comprises three separate work packages:
Work Package 1: Sludge Lagoon 4 upgrade
- Construction of a concrete floor for Sludge Lagoon 4, as part of the Bamarang WTP's sludge management system, which includes 4 sludge lagoons and 2 sludge drying beds, to improve operations
Work Package 2: Clear Water perimeter fence upgrade
- Supply and installation of new security fencing to replace the existing security fencing along the clear water area
Work Package 3: Main building façade upgrade
- Replacement of the main building's soffit sheeting, currently made from Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), with non-combustible fibre cement panels
- Painting of the new fibre cement panels
- Re-painting of the metal fascia
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A non-mandatory site inspection meeting will be held prior to the closing date.

- Attendance: Not compulsory
