Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Central Desert Regional Council is seeking a contractor for the design, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a Multipurpose Demountable Building in each of the communities of Ti Tree, Laramba, and Yuelamu.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design of a multipurpose demountable building approximately 6m x 3m in size for each of the three communities
  • Supply and delivery of the demountable buildings to Ti Tree, Laramba, and Yuelamu
  • Installation and commissioning of the demountable buildings
  • Provision of a complete and operational demountable building suitable for use in training, meetings, workshops, and community activities

Contractor Requirements

  • Ability to provide a demountable building suitable for remote community conditions and regular public use
