Overview
Insurance and Care NSW (icare) is seeking information from the market on Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions through this Request for Information (RFI).
Purpose
icare currently operates a digital experience platform using Sitecore. The objective of this RFI is to gain an understanding of the market's ability to provide DXP solutions.
Scope
This RFI seeks to secure information on DXP solutions. The scope includes:
- Provision of DXP solutions (SaaS, Cloud-Hosted, or On-Premises)
- Professional services for implementation, configuration, and deployment
- Migration and transition of existing Sitecore content, components, and integrations to a new platform
- Knowledge transfer and training for internal administrators and end-users
- Ongoing support and maintenance for the initial term
