The City of Melville is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the supply of cash collection services for three of its facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of cash collection services at City of Melville, 10 Almondbury Rd, Booragoon, WA 6150
• Provision of cash collection services at LeisureFit Booragoon, 521 Marmion St, Booragoon WA 6154
• Provision of cash collection services at LeisureFit Melville, 431 Canning Hwy, Melville WA 6156

Contract Terms and Conditions

• For additional items not included in the Pricing Schedule but that fall within the general scope of the contract and are requested by the City, the contractor must provide a written quote to the City for approval
• If the City is not satisfied with the quote received, the City reserves the right to request a revision to the quote or engage a contractor outside of this contract
