Overview
Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Concrete Pipes to participating councils for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extensions.
Purpose
This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating councils: Tamworth Regional, Uralla Shire, Nambucca Valley, Gunnedah Shire, MidCoast, Richmond Valley, and Walcha Shire.
Scope
- Supply and delivery of concrete pipes to the participating councils
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract period: 36 months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029
- Extension option: possible 2 x 12 month extensions
- Participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted
Instructions to Tenderers
Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box.
- Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the etender portal for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST
- Tenderers must follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method set out in the Invitation to Tender document
- Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer
- All tender-related enquiries are to be posted on the etender Forum applicable to this tender
