Overview
The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a Senior (EL1) IT Business Analyst to perform complex technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design change work aligned with the Agency's vision and strategic direction.
The Role
- Perform detailed technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design change work under broad direction
- Work closely with stakeholders across the Agency to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, technical services, and strategic roadmap
- Act as the conduit between business units and internal stakeholders, including IT business management, solutions development, and solutions implementation functional teams
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders from the digital health and health sector
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements that IT teams can implement
- Ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and improve processes
Role Requirements
- Ability to exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role
- Capacity for considerable internal and external stakeholder interaction
