Adelaide Oval Uniform Procurement - Stage 1 RFI

Adelaide Oval is undertaking a Request for Information (RFI) to seek non-binding information from suppliers to assist in understanding market capability, potential solutions, and commercial considerations related to the potential procurement of a new Uniform Fleet, in readiness for a commencement date of 1 June 2027, and the replacement or replenishment of uniform items over a four-to-five-year contract period.

About

This RFI is being undertaken on behalf of Adelaide Oval by independent Procurement Advisory company, Rae and Sara Pty Ltd.

Purpose

The RFI is intended to assist Adelaide Oval in understanding market capability, potential solutions, and commercial considerations related to the potential procurement described.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Potential procurement of a new Uniform Fleet for Adelaide Oval
• Replacement and replenishment of uniform items over a four-to-five-year contract period
