Overview
The Shire of Kulin is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of one (1) new track type bulldozer as part of Council's adopted Plant Replacement Program. The bulldozer will be used for road construction, gravel pit operations and associated civil works across the Shire's rural road network.
About
The Shire operates an extensive rural road network and undertakes annual road construction and maintenance programs using its own workforce and plant fleet. The current Caterpillar D6T XL dozer was purchased in 2013 and has accumulated approximately 10,500 operating hours. The tracks and track assembly on the existing dozer were replaced in March 2026.
Scope
- Supply and delivery of one (1) new track type bulldozer to the Shire of Kulin
Contract Terms and Conditions
Council will consider either trade-in or outright purchase offers for the existing Caterpillar D6T XL dozer.
