Auckland Council Group is seeking information from the market on modern connected mobility solutions that support the efficient booking, access, movement, utilisation, monitoring, and management of shared mobility assets across organisations including Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, and Watercare.

About

As one of New Zealand's largest public sector organisations, Auckland Council Group manages a diverse mobility environment spanning multiple organisations, locations, and operation requirements. Auckland Council Group is seeking to better understand how modern mobility platforms can enable a more integrated, efficient, and user-focused approach to workplace mobility while improving governance, safety, sustainability, and value for money.

Auckland Council Group welcomes innovative approaches that move beyond traditional fleet management and support the transition to a connected, digitally enabled mobility ecosystem. Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate how their solutions can support future mobility needs through innovation, interoperability, and continuous improvement.

Purpose

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to inform Auckland Council Group's future mobility strategy and procurement planning by identifying solutions that are scalable, flexible, and capable of supporting the evolving operational and sustainability objectives of the organisation.
