The University of Waikato is seeking a provider of media monitoring and analytics services to support its Communications team.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Comprehensive monitoring of the New Zealand media landscape, including print, broadcast and online media
• Optional additional services such as monitoring for Large Language Models, podcasts, international media, and translation of media monitoring, or other related services
• Supporting the University to monitor media coverage
• Assessing audience reach and impact
• Assessing public sentiment
• Identifying emerging issues
• Reporting on strategic communications activity
