PM156 - Nitrogen Supply Plant - Nolans Project

Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for the Nitrogen Supply Plant package (PM156) as part of the Nolans Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of the complete modularised nitrogen generation system, comprising compressors, PSA nitrogen generators, dryers, filters, receivers, coolers, piping, structural steel, electrical systems, and control and instrumentation systems
• Provision of all required mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation systems, including PLC controls, HMI, nitrogen purity monitoring, field instrumentation, and machine safety systems
• Supply of the package as pre-assembled modular skids to the greatest practical extent
• Workshop assembly, testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), packaging, and shipment
• Project management, engineering, and documentation
• Quality assurance
• Provision of recommended spare parts
• Commissioning support
• Operator training
• Technical assistance to ensure a complete, tested, and ready-for-installation nitrogen generation facility
