Biosolids Management

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Townsville is seeking a contractor to provide biosolids management services across a number of its sewage treatment plants.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Regular removal of dewatered biosolids from Mt St John Sewage Treatment Plant (MSJSTP) and Cleveland Bay Sewage Treatment Plant (CBSTP) for beneficial reuse
• Annual dewatering and removal of biosolids from one (1) of three (3) lagoons at Condon Sewage Treatment Plant (CSTP) for beneficial reuse
• Dewatering of the Toomulla Sewage Treatment Plant (TSTP) lagoon on an as needed basis for beneficial reuse
