⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for the removal, pruning, and stump grinding of street and park trees in road reserves and public open space within the boundaries of the City of Greater Geraldton, including Mullewa.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Removal of street and park trees in road reserves and public open space within the City of Greater Geraldton, including Mullewa
• Pruning of street and park trees in road reserves and public open space within the City of Greater Geraldton, including Mullewa
• Stump grinding of street and park trees in road reserves and public open space within the City of Greater Geraldton, including Mullewa
• Clearance pruning beneath or adjacent to powerlines

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The contract will be in force for two years with an optional one year extension

Instructions to Tenderers

• Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained electronically from the City's Tendering portal after 8:00 am Saturday 1st August 2026
• Tenders must be submitted to the relevant electronic tender box via the City's electronic Portal
• The time and date of final tender submission is 12:00PM (AWST) Thursday 3rd September 2026
• Canvassing of any City of Greater Geraldton councillors or officers will disqualify submissions
