Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Backhoes

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of two (2) new backhoes.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of two (2) new backhoes
• Delivery of both backhoes to the Yangan Road Depot, Warwick

Contractor Requirements

• Suppliers must provide full specifications for the backhoes offered to allow comparison of options
• Backhoes must meet performance requirements relating to design, manufacture and operation as detailed in the specification
• Heavy emphasis will be placed on functional efficiency, safety, and the comfort and convenience of operators, service personnel and the general public

Instructions to Tenderers

After initial evaluation, Council may request demonstrations from suppliers that have met Council's specifications and general requirements.
