Vegetation Management Services Panel Contract

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Lismore City Council is seeking to establish a Panel of Suppliers to provide vegetation management services across Council-owned and managed land, infrastructure corridors, reserves, parks, roadsides, waterways, and other public assets.

Purpose

The purpose of the unranked panel is to provide Council with access to suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced contractors capable of delivering safe, efficient, environmentally responsible, and compliant vegetation management services on an as-required basis. The panel arrangement will enable Council to engage suppliers for planned, reactive, emergency, and project-based works at fixed rates for the stated period.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Vegetation management services across Council-owned and managed land
• Vegetation management services within infrastructure corridors
• Vegetation management services in reserves and parks
• Vegetation management services along roadsides and waterways
• Vegetation management services on other public assets
• Planned, reactive, emergency, and project-based works engaged on an as-required basis

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced to deliver vegetation management services
• Capable of delivering services in a safe, efficient, environmentally responsible, and compliant manner

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Suppliers will be engaged under an unranked panel arrangement at fixed rates for the stated period
