Tender Description
Overview
Te Herenga Waka, Victoria University of Wellington is seeking proposals for a modern interactive teaching and learning engagement tool to replace its previous lecture engagement platform.
Purpose
The former tool supported live polling, questions and answers, and real-time interaction but had limitations in accessibility, scalability and integration with existing systems. The University is seeking a solution that enhances student participation, inclusion and accessibility while providing teaching staff with tools to gauge understanding and adapt teaching.
Scope
The scope includes a solution that:
- Supports in-person, online and hybrid teaching environments
- Integrates with Canvas LMS and the University's Single Sign-On environment
- Meets the University's accessibility, privacy, cybersecurity, data-hosting, scalability and support requirements
