• The contract will commence at the next applicable meter reading, to allow for a start date of 1 October 2026

• Registrations are to be received by the deadline of 10.00 am on Monday 24 August 2026
• The reverse auction is to begin at 11am on Monday 24 August 2026
• Registrations are to be provided to EnergyAction as outlined in the tender specification obtainable from the link shown in the Invitation to Tenderers document
• Responsibility for registration of intention to offer lies solely with the tenderer
• Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any offer submitted
• Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the etender portal until the submission close date
