Overview
Health Support Services (WA) is seeking a supplier to provide software licensing, maintenance and support for the Trend Micro Anti-Virus suite of products.
About
Health Support Services ("the Customer") currently uses Trend Micro Enterprise Security malware protection to provide protection against malware and cyber threats, forming part of the overall layered security strategy in protecting WA Health interests statewide.
Purpose
Trend Micro software licences and associated support and maintenance renewal will enable WA Health to continue utilising services (Trend Apex One and Deep Security) already deployed in production.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of Trend Micro Anti-Virus suite software licensing
- Provision of maintenance and support for the Trend Micro Anti-Virus suite of products
- Renewal of licensing, maintenance and support for Trend Apex One and Deep Security
