Provision Of Vegetation Management Services - Panel of Suppliers

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Buloke Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably resourced contractors for the provision of vegetation management services, to establish a panel of suppliers for weed, vegetation and pest control in native vegetation areas and arboriculture works.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Weed control in native vegetation areas
• Vegetation control in native vegetation areas
• Pest control in native vegetation areas
• Arboriculture works
• Delivery of services on roadsides and Council managed land

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Successful submissions will be used to establish a preferred panel list at pre-negotiated rates for a term of three (3) years
• Provision of works may not be limited to a single supplier, and no guarantees of minimum quantities will be given

Instructions to Tenderers

• Tender documents must be obtained after registration
• Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum
• Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box
• Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated, upon completion
• Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
• Buloke Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any tender proposal
• Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed tenders will not be accepted
