Overview
The Department of the Treasury (ACT) is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support the successful delivery of business and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
The Role
Change Managers coordinate activities and communication to ensure project objectives are met and sustained, focusing on the people aspect of change including changes to business processes, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The role includes:
- Driving stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and organisational readiness
- Coordinating activities and communication to ensure project objectives are met and sustained
- Managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, operating models, roles, and organisational structures
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an Organisational Change Manager
