Overview
Orange City Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the John Davis Stadium Playing Field at the Orange Sports Precinct.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of an elite sand-based natural turf playing field incorporating a perched water table profile
- Installation of subsurface drainage
- Installation of automated irrigation systems
- Concrete and civil works
- Construction of synthetic high-wear areas
- Installation of fencing
- Installation of sporting infrastructure
- Associated establishment and maintenance works
The completed facility is intended to operate as the premier rectangular sporting field within the Orange Sports Precinct and support stadium-level competition and intensive use.
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is mandatory.
