Laboratory Testing Program for Alexandrina Wastewater

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Alexandrina Council invites Quotes from Respondents for the provision of the laboratory testing plan across Alexandrina Wastewater sites. Alexandrina Council requires NATA-accredited laboratory testing services to support regulatory compliance, operational monitoring, and reporting across its wastewater and recycled water infrastructure.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Analytical laboratory services covering five (5) Wastewater Treatment Plants and one (1) recycled water network operated by Alexandrina Wastewater
• Laboratory analysis delivered in accordance with applicable South Australian regulatory requirements, including EPA and Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW) conditions and licence obligations
• Routine scheduled testing as detailed in the Specification for Services
• Non-routine laboratory testing as required by the Principal during the contract term

Contractor Requirements

• NATA accreditation for the laboratory testing services provided

Contract Terms and Conditions

Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Respondent. Full details and requirements for all testing services are outlined in the attached Specification for Services.
