Overview
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) is seeking 2 Senior Project Coordinators to coordinate the tasks required to define and shape projects and manage the operational reporting needs of the Planning & Shaping Manager.
The Role
- Coordinate the tasks required to define and shape projects
- Manage the operational reporting needs of the Planning & Shaping Manager
- Interact effectively across a diverse range of ICT experts, policy development, technical writing, procurement and PMO (Project Management Office) functions
- Operate as part of the support structure of the Leadership team within Delivery Enablement
- Influence and utilise expertise to enhance the overall outcomes of the program

- Ability to marshal broad expertise towards common outcomes
- A meticulous approach to documentation and processes
