Specialist Plumbing Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

City of Newcastle Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified specialist plumbers and/or plumbing service providers for a combination of installation, repair, and maintenance works to Council's mechanical plumbing installations located throughout various facilities across the City of Newcastle local government area, on a casual as-specified basis through to and concluding 30 June 2029.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Installation works to Council's mechanical plumbing installations
• Repair works to Council's mechanical plumbing installations
• Maintenance works to Council's mechanical plumbing installations
• Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical plumbing systems to fountains
• Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical plumbing systems to swimming pools
• Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical plumbing systems to irrigation systems
• Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical plumbing systems to sewer installations integrated with Council's public facilities

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified as a specialist plumber and/or plumbing services provider

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Works are to be delivered on a casual, as-specified basis
• Contract period runs through to and concludes 30 June 2029
