Overview
The Victorian School Building Authority, part of the Department of Education (VIC), is inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for main contractor services for capital works projects. This EOI relates to construction projects being tendered from September 2026.
Scope
- Provision of main contractor services for capital works construction projects being tendered from September 2026
Eligibility
- Contractors must be registered with the Department of Treasury and Finance's Construction Supplier Register (CSR) as a commercial contractor, "New Commercial Construction"
- Contractors must be registered at the minimum pre-qualification limit specified for each project in order to be eligible to respond to this Expression of Interest

A list of all projects included in this Expression of Interest, along with a list of the main Victorian Government procurement policies that are applicable and instructions for lodgement, can be found at the VSBA Capital Works Program - 2026 Release 1 Survey on Survey Monkey.
