Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Armadale is seeking suitably qualified and resourced contractors to provide civil construction works. This tender will result in two contracts being awarded, one for each separable part.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Concrete works
  • Pavement works
  • Bituminous sealing
  • Kerbing
  • Drainage
  • Reinstatement
  • Traffic control

The works are divided into two separable parts:

  • Separable Part A: Major Capital Civil Works
  • Separable Part B: Minor Maintenance Civil Works

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and resourced to undertake civil construction works
