Provision of Maintenance to Timber Decking, Bridge and Furniture Oiling

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Belmont is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide timber decking maintenance, oiling, and protective coating services for timber infrastructure and outdoor furniture assets across multiple locations within the City, with the intent of improving asset longevity, public safety and aesthetic presentation.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Maintenance of timber decking, bridges and outdoor furniture at multiple locations within the City of Belmont
• Oiling of timber infrastructure and outdoor furniture assets
• Application of protective coating to timber infrastructure and outdoor furniture assets
