Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Car Park 1 upgrade at East Victoria Park Education Support Centre.
Scope
The work includes but is not limited to:
- Preliminary ground scanning of underground services
- Temporary fencing installation surrounding the work site area and skip bin
- Provision of a thorough dilapidation report on the surrounding work area and street
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A site visit and a mandatory site briefing will be held for this opportunity.
