The City of Canning invites suitably qualified and experienced fitness equipment suppliers to submit quotations for the supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing leasing or rental of fitness equipment for the Riverton and Cannington Leisureplex facilities.

Through its Leisureplex network, the City of Canning is committed to delivering high-quality health, fitness, and recreation services that support the wellbeing, inclusion, and connectivity of the local community.

Purpose

The current fitness equipment rental agreement is approaching the end of its term. The City is seeking submissions from respondents capable of providing both the proposed fitness equipment solution and associated leasing or rental arrangements as part of an integrated offering. No separate procurement process will be undertaken for leasing services.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of fitness equipment for the Riverton and Cannington Leisureplex facilities
• Installation of the fitness equipment
• Commissioning of the fitness equipment
• Ongoing leasing or rental arrangements for the fitness equipment as part of an integrated offering
• Provision of modern, durable, and versatile fitness equipment solutions supporting a broad range of training needs, user demographics, and contemporary fitness trends across both centres

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in the supply of fitness equipment
• Capable of providing both the fitness equipment solution and associated leasing or rental arrangements as an integrated offering
