Tender Description
Overview
The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) invites submissions from experienced and suitably qualified Principal Construction Contractors to participate in Stage 1 of a two-stage Request for Tender (RFT) process for the Intermediate Level Waste Capacity Increase (ILWCI+) Project.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design finalisation
- Constructability review
- Design coordination
- Procurement
- Specialist fabrication
- Construction
- Testing and commissioning of complex industrial facilities
Instructions to Tenderers
Stage 1 will assess contractor suitability and capability, with shortlisted respondents invited to participate in the Stage 2 tender process, where detailed project documentation will be provided.
Contractor Requirements
Conditions for Participation
- Be a legal entity capable of entering into the Contract
- Demonstrate experience acting as Principal Contractor on at least one industrial, infrastructure, energy or process facility project exceeding $30 million in value completed by the Supplier within the last ten (10) years
- Hold current FSC Accreditation
- Be capable of complying with the insurance requirements of the proposed Contract before contract award
- Compliant with ISO Standards: ISO 14001-2015 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001-2018 Safety Management System and ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System
