Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the Supply & Delivery of Bagged Cement Products

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking to establish a preferred supplier arrangement for the supply and delivery of bagged cement products.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of bagged cement products, including but not limited to mortar mix, concrete mix, rapid set concrete, general purpose cement, and hydrated lime
• Delivery of goods Free In Store (FIS) to Council depots or sites within the Rockhampton Regional Council boundaries

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract term of two (2) years, commencing 28 September 2026 through to 27 September 2028
• Option to extend the agreement by three (3) further periods of twelve (12) months each
