Wyndham Hall Carpark Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Southland District Council is seeking a contractor to resurface and level the existing carpark at the Wyndham Hall, as more particularly described in the works and specifications schedule.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Resurfacing and levelling of the existing carpark of approximately 770m2 at the Wyndham Hall
• Undercutting, backfilling, compacting and shaping approximately 770m2 of existing carpark area to achieve a smooth, uniform finish
• Shaping the carpark surface to shed water to existing drainage outlets
