Flinders Shire Council is inviting tenders from parties interested in entering into two leases for the management and operation of the Hughenden Saleyards and Dipping Facility.

About

Flinders Shire Council ("Council") is the registered owner of Lot 1 on Plan RP 740594 in freehold and trustee lessee of Lot 131 on Crown Plan DG 172, located at McLaren Street, Hughenden ("the Land"). The Land contains the Hughenden Saleyards and Dipping Facility.

Purpose

Pursuant to section 228(2)(b) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), this Request for Tender invites parties to submit tenders to enter into two leases for the Land with Council for the management and operation of the Hughenden Saleyards and Dipping Facility, as per the terms of the proposed leases.
