Trinity Anglican College, via Tomahawk Property, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and registered builders to tender for the construction of a new 80 place preschool, Trinity Little Tackers, at Thurgoona, NSW. The estimated project value is $4.1M.
Scope
The development will comprise:
- One single-storey building
- External play areas
- Site landscaping works
- Earthworks and associated services infrastructure
- Internal road and parking
