Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Southern Road Reserve Sports Lighting Upgrade at Acacia Avenue, Mentone.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Removal of the existing sports lighting infrastructure
  • Installation of Council-supplied lighting poles and luminaires
  • Provision of new cabling and conduits
  • Switchboard modifications
  • Installation of a power bollard and Halytech monitoring system
  • Delivery of all associated documentation, including as-installed drawings and a LUX report

Site Inspection

Attendance at one of the nominated mandatory site inspections is a condition of tendering. Only tenderers who attend a nominated site inspection will be eligible to submit a tender.

Instructions to Tenderers

  • Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time, with late submissions not accepted
  • All enquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted via the online forum no later than four (4) business days prior to the tender closing date
