Northern Venues Catering Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Stadiums Tasmania is inviting tenderers to partner in delivering end-to-end food and beverage services at UTAS Stadium and the Silverdome, covering more than 170 events from 2026 to 2030 and supporting anticipated attendance growth of 99%.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Delivery of end-to-end food and beverage services across a calendar of sport, entertainment, expo and community events at UTAS Stadium and the Silverdome
• Provision of premium hospitality and event catering services
• Provision of high-volume retail grab-and-go catering offerings
• Management of external vendors, including food trucks and suppliers

Contractor Requirements

• Demonstrated high-volume catering experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, such as food trucks and suppliers

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

Industry briefing sessions will be held at both venues.

Venue: The Silverdome

• Note: Please arrive at 10:45am

Venue: UTAS Stadium

• Location: UTAS Stadium, 2 Invermay Road, Invermay, Launceston, Tasmania
• Date and time: Monday 10 August 2026, 1:00pm to 2:30pm (Hobart time)
• Note: Please arrive at 12:45pm

Persons who wish to attend a briefing session must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before 7 August 2026 (Hobart time).
