Contractor Requirements

• Any person contracted to undertake the building work must be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established by the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, at the time of entering into the contract and must maintain that accreditation while the building work is being carried out
• Compliance with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016, which applies to the building work associated with this project
• Compliance with the Queensland Government's Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry, which applies to the building work associated with this project
