The Supply, Install and Maintenance of Fitness Equipment for Aquamotion under Rental Agreement

The City of Wanneroo is seeking to engage a supplier via a Public Request for Tender for the supply, installation and maintenance of health and fitness equipment at Wanneroo Aquamotion, under the terms of a rental lease.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of health and fitness assets for Wanneroo Aquamotion
• Installation of the health and fitness assets
• Ongoing maintenance of the health and fitness assets under the terms of a rental agreement

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract term: 3 years (36 months)
• Extension options: 2 x 12-month extension options
• Contract type: Rental agreement

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A mandatory site briefing will be held for this opportunity. Prospective tenderers must attend to be eligible to submit a tender.

All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance. The purpose of the briefing is to allow suppliers to clarify uncertainties and undertake detailed measurement of the facility to produce a scale layout design.

Follow-up site visits are not mandatory and are supplier-initiated. After the mandatory briefing, suppliers may invite City representatives to a site of their choice to demonstrate proposed equipment. City representatives are available on Wednesday 5 August or Thursday 8 August 2026.
