Calico Cotton Bags

Transport for NSW is seeking a respondent for the supply and delivery of 4oz Calico Cotton bags (130 GSM).

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of 4oz Calico Cotton bags (130 GSM)
• Annual quantity of 120,000 bags
• Contract term of 3 years, plus options to extend by 1 year and a further 1 year
• Bag size of 370mm x 370mm with a handle 750mm long by 60mm wide
• Print design of 4 colour process on one side of the front of the bag
• Creation of front design artwork from email instructions provided to the successful respondent, noting the artwork is subject to change and will be reviewed and provided each year of production
• Fairtrade certification, with a label displayed on the bag
• Global Organic Textile Standard certification, ensuring certified organic cotton is used, with a label displayed on the bag
• Delivery of product to a third-party warehouse in the Sydney metropolitan area (Greenacre)
• Inclusion of the cost of freight in the quotation

Information will be supplied to the successful respondent about requirements for delivery.

Contractor Requirements

• Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018
• Manufacturing certification: either Sedex certified and/or AMFORI for production
