Overview
Livingstone Shire Council (LSC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to deliver the detailed design and approvals documentation for the Taroomball Residential Precinct (the "project").
Scope
The scope includes:
- Detailed design and approvals documentation for the trunk road, water and sewer infrastructure that unlocks and services up to approximately 1,800 new residential lots across the Taroomball Residential Precinct
- Provision of all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and associated activities necessary to deliver the requirements in accordance with the Contract and Technical Specification
