Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking tender offers from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the complete demolition and removal of the former Wollondilly Shire Council Administration Building located at 60–62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW 2571.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Complete demolition and removal of the former Wollondilly Shire Council Administration Building at 60–62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW 2571
• Demolition and removal of all associated structures, foundations, services, hardstand areas, and infrastructure identified within the contract documentation
• Provision of all labour, plant, equipment, materials, approvals, permits, supervision, and services necessary to complete the works
• Completion of the works in accordance with all applicable legislation, codes, standards, utility authority requirements, and project documentation
