Ararat Rural City Council is tendering for the construction of kerb and channel and sealed pavement on Mortlake-Ararat Road, Lake Bolac.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Construction of 83 lineal metres of kerb and channel
  • Construction of 826m2 of sealed pavement
  • Pavement works and sealing
  • All associated works in accordance with the scope of works and supporting documentation
  • Supply of all labour, plant hire and materials

Contractor Requirements

  • Obtain all necessary permits prior to work commencing, including working in road reserve permits (no fee applicable) and service authority approvals
